Legendary Chip Taylor's Cross Country Road Trip Armed With 'New Songs Of Freedom'

New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Songwriting great Chip Taylor will cut a course across America premiering songs from his upcoming album 'New Songs of Freedom.' Part road trip, part inspirational narrative and part redemption, it's a mission the troubadour is on to bring his soul-stirring live shows to the people. A pioneer of the country-rock scene, Chip's latest album 'New Songs of Freedom,' is a political and musical missive that offers his unique perspective on America's past, present and future.

Beginning with two nights at NY's famed Banjo Jim's celebrating the June 10th release of 'New Songs of Freedom' on Train Wreck Records, Chip heads west to perform live on Good Day LA June 18th with a special LA show at McCabe's on June 21st. The native NYer then heads to Texas, his adopted home for a number of years, and on to points mid-west and back east.
