Cory Chisel To Play Hotel Cafe August 9, Performing Tracks From New EP 'Cabin Ghosts' (Black Seal)

New York, NY. (Top 40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Newcomer Cory Chisel descends on Los Angeles August 9 performing tracks from his new live EP 'Cabin Ghosts' (Black Seal) at The Hotel Cafe. With an indelible voice and gift for songwriting that transmits a depth beyond his twenty-six years, he and his seven-piece band The Wandering Sons already fill 2500+ seat concert halls in their native Wisconsin and now visit Los Angeles in the midst of a national tour with Joshua James.

After spending months crafting studio versions of original compositions for 'Cabin Ghosts,' Chisel decided to record four of the six tracks live in a defunct, old bar in Wisconsin. The decision to record live was a bold - and brilliant - move. 'Cabin Ghosts' captures the magic moment when a songwriter of great promise creates his first essential work.
