'Once' Stars Glen Hasard Marketa Irglova Of The Swell Season Confirm Summer/Fall U.S. Dates

New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - The Swell Season, comprised of Glen Hasard and Marketa Irglova, return to the States later this week for an extensive Summer/Fall 2008 tour. Their last tour was a runaway success selling out venues like Radio City Music Hall, where Rob Harvilla of The Village Voice proclaimed "You have to love these people... Glen and Marketa's voices expertly intertwine... You never heard an exuberant, sold-out crowd go so silent."

2008 has been a breakout year for The Swell Season. The duo won several awards, including an Oscar for Best Original Song, for their soundtrack to the film 'Once,' which was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. In addition to the headlining dates they played in the spring, the pair performed at this year's Coachella and Bonnaroo festivals. See tour dates below:
