Brazilian Metal Band, Vougan, Record Live DVD For Charity

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (Top40 Charts/ Vougan Official Website) - Carlos Zema traveled to Brazil to rejoin his Vougan band mates earlier this year for Porao do Rock, the country's largest independent rock festival. Still in Brazil, the band will be recording a live DVD performances during two concerts on November 14 & 15.

The first will be a charity event for the non-governmental agency, Amisrael, an organization known as "The Messengers of Peace." This performance will be an "unplugged" recording. The second performance, at the Atlanta Music Hall in Goiania, Brazil will be be a full-blown, live, concert video. Other bands performing include, Andre Matos (Angra/Shaman), Mindflow, Heaven's Guardian, Refine, and Dynahead.

The DVD will be packaged as a double live video, and will include plenty of extras. Some of the confirmed guests include, Andre Matos (Angra/Shaman), David Shankle (Manowar / DSG), and Bill Hudson (Cellador/Powerquest/Circle II Circle).
All DVD sales proceeds will go to Amisrael in an effort to support world peace. Sponsorship opportunities to help finance this charitable project are available.
