Paper Route Sets 2008 Fall Tour

LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Low Altitude Records) - Fast-rising indie-rock quartet PAPER ROUTE (Chad Howat, JT Daly, Andy Smith, Gavin McDonald) will join indie buzz band Barcelona on Fall Tour.

The band's EP, ARE WE ALL FORGOTTEN, was released this summer on Low Altitude/Tigershark, through Universal Motown, and a full-length album is scheduled for early 2009.

PAPER ROUTE has been the local buzz of Nashville, and has built a loyal nationwide online following over the last two years for its emotionally arresting and musically distinct combination: indie-rock with unstinting and honest songwriting values, a clear note of Americana-flavored authenticity, and enveloping, evocative ambient electronic arrangements.

Releasing their first album in 2006, they followed up with a four-track EP of holiday songs, picking up early notices from Paste Magazine, citing Paper Route among four bands to watch, and new-music website The Daily Chorus, which named them top unsigned band early in 2008.
