New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Universal Republic Records) - Election ballots may have been signed, sealed and delivered last week, but multi-platinum Universal Republic rockers Hinder are still pushing the rock envelope, reaping the benefits of their Election Day release of their second Universal Republic album, Take It To The Limit. The sophomore follow-up to their 3X platinum debut smash, Extreme Behavior, scored big coming in at No 4 on the Billboard Top 200 selling over 80,000 copies. The record also made a showing on multiple iTunes charts in its opening week landing at No 1 on the iTunes Rock Album Chart and No 2 on the iTunes Album Chart. The current single 'Without You' has already broken onto the charts in both Top 40 and Hot AC formats continuing the band's trend of success at radio.

The much talked about video for 'Without You,' features Kellan Lutz, star of one of the most anticipated films of 2008 - the romantic vampire tale, 'Twilight.' Lutz plays the character of Emmett Cullen in the soon-to-be released movie, which is based on the New York Times best-selling author Stephenie Meyer's first book from the Twilight series. In the new video, which premiered this week to across-the-board raves, Lutz appears with bombshell Aimee Teegarden (Friday Night Lights). Lutz plays the 'bad' boyfriend in the hit clip, with Teegarden playing the 'sweet' cheerleader. Directed by Travis Kopach (Panic At The Disco), the video has been embraced by multiple video platforms including adds at MTV, Fuse and VH1.

'We think its awesome to have two actors like Kellan and Aimee in the video,' says Hinder frontman Austin Winkler. 'They had the freedom to improvise and did an amazing job.'

Fresh from a Jimmy Kimmel Live performance on November 6, the raucous Oklahoma fivesome continue to live on the road in support of the new CD headlining the 7th Annual Jagermeister Music tour, which includes hard rock stalwarts Trapt and Rev Theory. The band will be playing, among other dates, the Palladium in Worcester, MA on November 14, Montclair New Jersey's Wellmont Theater on November 16, Atlantic City's revered House Of Blues on November 20, and Knoxville, Tennessee's Valarium on November 23. The group will roll into their own backyard of Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 26, winding up the 17-city jaunt with a special Thanksgiving Eve show at Cain's Ballroom.

The daring band has already won over fans and critics with Rolling Stone supporting their '...hard-driving anthems,' the Washington Post raving the album is '...so catchy it's almost wrong' and the New York Post declaring the latest single '...hits all the right notes, with everything from acoustic strumming and a hum-worthy chorus to squealing guitar licks.'

Their epic 2006 debut album, Extreme Behavior, launched five successful singles, including the multi-format No 1 smash 'Lips Of An Angel,' earning dozens of chart-topping merit badges and digital honors. Brian Howes, who helmed Extreme Behavior, also produced Take It To The Limit.

Extreme Behavior became a mainstay near the top of the Billboard Top 200 Album charts for nearly a year and a half, earned the band numerous honors and accolades as the most successful grassroots-artist development stories of the decade. The band also conquered the digital and ringtone arenas, becoming the biggest selling rock artist in the history of the mobile formats, reaching a record breaking 3 million in ringtone sales, the first and only Rock triple platinum Mastertone in music history.

Hinder is Austin Winkler (vocals), Mark King (guitar), Blower (guitar), Mike Rodden (Bass), Cody Hanson (drums).
