Los Angeles, CA. (Top40 Charts/ J Music Group) - Luminously, "A Tiny Shoe" jumps to No 32 with a bullet on the Billboard Club Play chart this week. Moving up a whopping nine slots, the debut single from American poet and lyricist Jimmy D. Robinson and J Music Group is proving to be a bona fide hit in clubs around the world. The "A Tiny Shoe" remix package is also now chart-bound in Europe as international promotion gets underway with Power Promotions.

"I am having such a great time with 'A Tiny Shoe.' For my debut single to be received so well... it is kind of surreal," shared Jimmy D. Robinson. "The truth is that the dance music bug has bitten and there is lot more in me dying to come out. Thank you Billboard DJs!"

The "A Tiny Shoe" dance single emanates from Robinson's lead poetry track on his inspirational and uplifting MIND JUICE spoken word CD. The MIND JUICE full length compact disc, currently on the Grammy ballot for best spoken word CD, is a collection of modern poems penned by Robinson, narrated by actor James Randolph and set to music by Grammy nominated Bruno Linares. The MIND JUICE album cover is also on the Grammy ballot for best art direction.

The "A Tiny Shoe" dance floor remix package contains dynamic mixes from world-renowned producers DJ Paulo and Todd Dutkevitch, Rafael M, Tracy Young, Josh Harris, Twisted Dee, Bruno Linares and FC Nond from Rio de Janeiro.

The 'A Tiny Shoe' dance remix package is available at Perfectbeat.com and Masterbeat.com as well as other online and retail outlets. The MIND JUICE spoken word/music CD emanates from the first book of Robinson's sixteen-book poetry collection, which is currently on the Grammy ballot for Best Spoken Word Album. Mind Juice is available at participating retail and online Best Buy stores.

Already making headway on the next mission, Jimmy D. Robinson is in gear at warp speed with his promising music career. This past month vocal powerhouse CEEVOX (a.k.a. Clara Marens) went into the studio to begin laying down the vocals for the brand new Robinson single titled 'In the Night.' CEEVOX is widely known for her dance club hits produced by Tracy Young on Ferosh Records. The upcoming 'In the Night' single and dance remix package will mark the second release from Robinson's J Music Group record label with major worldwide marketing and promotional plans in the works for early 2009.

Robinson's works have earned him a sterling reputation in the world of publishing and music. Widely recognized as one of today's most prolific writers, Robinson's poems, musical stories, and lyrics reflect the hardships he has endured and the triumphs overcoming them. Penning his words with stark reality-writing of the human condition-loneliness, love, desperation, and hope, Robinson uses his craft to convey his celebration of life.
For several years, Robinson's highly praised poetry books have been gifted to presenters and nominees at the Grammy Awards, the Radio Music Awards, the American Music Awards, and the Latin Grammy Awards. Robinson's book and music collection is often distributed to children in U.S. school systems as well as those in high crime areas, prisons and shelters. His works have been donated to many people as far as Africa and across the continent of South America.
