LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Judy Pancoast Official Website) - Judy Pancoast wrote and recorded a song called "The House on Christmas Street," which is getting to be one of the most popular modern Christmas songs that you have probably never heard on the radio. But it's playing at houses all over the world!

Here's how this all came about ....and she didn't have a darned thing to do with it. The song is about that house in every town that really goes all out with the lights and decorations at Christmas time. Judy's best efforts to get radio airplay fell on deaf ears, as often happens with independent artists. After a few years, she gave up. But something very unusual happened with her song. In 2006, her husband was surfing the web when he came upon a video of a house in the Midwest that was, literally, playing my song! The owner had synchronized his lighting display to my music, and passers-by could tune in their radios to a low frequency station and hear the song and watch the light show.

As Christmas time approached that year, she found a few more videos of houses playing the song. Eventually, Judy found a networking website for decorating enthusiasts, www.planetchristmas.com, and when she introduced myself there they the community responded as though the Christmas Queen had landed. Judy was invited to their symposium in Gatlinburg, TN in August 2007, and there She was offered, and signed, a synchronization license with a company called Light-O-Rama, so that they could develop a software program to help their clients use my song in their displays. "The House on Christmas Street" is now the official theme song of PlanetChristmas.
