Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Webster PR) - Webster & Associates has named Victoria Varela head of their New York office. She will be responsible for developing and expanding the Nashville firm's presence in New York and will report directly to it's Founder and President, Kirt Webster. Varela began her career in network television in 1986 where she worked on such hit shows as Late Night with David Letterman, and Late Night with Conan O'Brien, both at NBC , then later re-joined Letterman at CBS on The Late Show with David Letterman.' She was later hired by Columbia Records where she worked on the publicity campaigns of some of the biggest names in the music industry such as Barbra Streisand, Dixie Chicks, Billy Joel, Neil Diamond, Beyonce, Bruce Springsteen, Tony Bennett, etc. More recently she was an Account Executive at PMK/HBH in their New York office where she represented Harry Connick Jr., Gloria Estefan, amongst others.
