LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ My Favorite Highway Official Website) - Virgin Records pop-rock quartet My Favorite Highway has announced plans to join Person L and The Dangerous Summer as support to Ace Enders on a summer trek beginning June 19, 2009 in Vineland, NJ and will play select dates with The Secret Handshake and a month of dates with A Rocket To The Moon opening for The Cab starting July 5th in Columbus, OH (full Schedule below).

My Favorite Highway recently played The Bamboozle festival and are now out with Danger Radio and Stereo Skyline. Their debut album 'How to Call a Bluff' was released on May 5th and has been selected as one of the titles in iTunes 'Next Big Thing' sale from May 12th through June 2nd. As part of this annual sale in which iTunes highlights a select group of developing artists, fans can purchase How to Call a Bluff for $6.99.

'We love playing live shows out on the road and are looking forward to playing with such great bands all summer,' said MFH frontman David Cook.

Before signing with Virgin Records, the suburban Washington, DC-based group, comprised of David Cook (vocals, piano, guitar), Will Cook (bass), Bobby Morgenthaler (drums) and Pat Jenkins (guitar, vocals) independtly released two ep's and the full length 'How To Call A Bluff'. They've sold over 100,000 individual track downloads and have had songs placed on popular MTV shows 'Newport Harbor,' 'The Hills' and in the trailer for the latter spin-off 'The City.' The Virgin Records release produced by Paul Barber, and mixed by Jeff Juliano (John Mayer, Lifehouse, OAR) has been re-mastered with two additional new songs.

My Favorite Highway was recently featured in Alternative Press' 100 Bands To Watch in 2009 issue in which the magazine predicted a bright future for the group; 'If the polished power-pop and fresh-faced press pictures are any indication, quartet My Favorite Highway could be speeding down the same road of radio singles and success that the All-American Rejects and Boys Like Girls have enjoyed.'

To date, My Favorite Highway has over 5.8 million plays on myspace and nearly 50,000 friends on the social network site. They are also active on facebook and twitter.
