CHICAGO, IL. (Top40 Charts/ C. Niicole PR) - On June 2, 2009 Slique will celebrate the release of his debut album with an Album Release party in Chicago's south loop.

Fans may be familiar with the Billboard Chart Topper 'Your Body' which was the first single released from the album. On Tuesday night family, friends and supporters are encouraged to join Slique at Cuatro from 7pm-12am for his official album release party. Cuatro is located in the South Loop at 2030 S Wabash.
Complimentary admission will be provided to all guests. Media seeking interviews please contact Nicole Pierce at [email protected]

ABOUT SLIQUE: Slique's music reflects his unique outlook on life; relationships are a predominant theme. He sings about the experience of falling in love and then falling out or, occasionally, being kicked out.
The single 'Your Body' was the result of a stroke of inspiration while playing around with chords in the studio.
He turned on the mic, came up with a whole Marvin Gaye vibe and let the lyrics flow. 'Your Body' recently hit No 1 on Billboard Magazine's Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart.
