LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ 19 Entertainment) - Two of music industry's most powerful creative forces today announce the launch of a new joint venture company.

Simon Fuller's 19 Entertainment, the creator and executive producer of American Idol, has signed a new deal with Tricky Stewart's RedZone Entertainment, the producer of several global No. 1 hits including Rihanna's "Umbrella" and Beyonce's "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)."

The new collaboration will concentrate on uncovering new vocal talent, and the project will commence later in 2009. More details of the new enterprise will be revealed in the summer by Tricky Stewart of RedZone and Simon Fuller of 19 Entertainment.
