Nashville, TN (Top40 Charts/ Cash Music Group) - ABC's MEN IN TREES, popular star on the Emmy winning THE WEST WING, and the blockbuster COMING TO AMERICA, are just a few of the credits of TV FILM STAR, JOHN AMOS, who is set to appear at this weekend's 2009 CMA MUSIC WEEK with the official music debut of his new country single, WE WERE HIPPIES.

Amos is set to attend THE ABC BLOCK PARTY at the 2009 CMA MUSIC WEEK this weekend and is scheduled to launch his debut performance on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at 2pm on historic Jefferson Street, live at Jefferson's Restaurant And Hall located at 1033 Jefferson Street.
