BURBANK, Calif. (Top40 Charts/ Warner Bros. Records) - Meg & Dia will once again prove that girls can rock just as hard as the boys when they take over the Hurley.com Stage this summer on another nationwide trek across the U.S. on the Vans Warped Tour for their third year on the bill. In support of their new album, Here, here and here, which was released April 21st on Warner Bros. Records, the tour begins and ends in California, while hitting over 40 venues in two months from June 26th through August 23rd. Meg & Dia will perform songs from the new album, including their current single "Black Wedding," as well as favorites from their debut album Something Real, including the singles "
Monster" and "Roses."
A New York Times "Critic's Choice" pick, Here, here and here was recorded with producer Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, All American Rejects) in Los Angeles. Over the course of its 13 brand-new studio tracks (written entirely by sisters Meg and Dia Frampton), the album chronicles the past few years in the life of this young, hardworking band, which is made up of Meg (guitar, vocals), Dia (lead vocal), Nick Price (drums), Carlo Gimenez (guitar), and Jonathan Snyder (bass). Here, here and here showcases Meg & Dia's distinctive brand of pop-rock by incorporating new instrument arrangements with their already intense signature style lyrics.
Fans can check out the entire new album, Here, here and here, as well as the video for the debut single "Black Wedding" on Meg & Dia's MySpace page.
