New York (Top40 Charts/ Toyota Park) - Toyota Park in southwest suburban Bridgeview today added Grammy-winning metal rock band Korn to its busy schedule of summer concerts, stadium management announced.

Korn, one of the most successful bands in the history of heavy metal with 30 million albums sold, will appear July 31 at 7 p.m. for an all-ages show.

Tickets, which are only $10, go on sale June 27 at 11 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Parking is $15 per car. Tailgating is welcome.

"We like to get close to our fans, so we are excited to play an intimate venue like Toyota Park," said Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis. "And, since Chicago has some of the best fans in the country, we know when we get there... 'It's On!'"

Korn is one of the most enduring rock acts of the last 20 years, with a half dozen Top 3 Billboard albums over the last 15 years. The band won a Grammy for "Here to Stay" in 2003 and scored back-to-back No 1 albums with "Follow the Leader" and "Issues" in 1998-99. The band's latest album, 2007's "Untitled," went to No 2. Korn is set to release its ninth studio album in 2010.

"Toyota Park brings fun within reach again with a rock phenomenon at just $10," said Dan Garnett, general manager of Toyota Park. "From bringing the '80s back to life at our MusicFest July 3-4 to top country acts July 24, Toyota Park has something close to everyone's taste and everyone's house."
