New York (Top40 Charts/ Columbia Records) - Pop superstar Beyonce will conclude the North-American leg of her "I AM..." World Tour in East Rutherford, NJ at the Izod Center on Friday, July 24, 2009. The entertainer kicked off her U.S. summer tour on June 21 at New York's Madison Square Garden and returns to the tri-state area's NJ Izod Center before winding down with a four-night up-close and personal residence at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, July 30-August 2. Tickets for the four-night residence at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas are currently on sale. Information is available at www.encorelasvegas.com.

The tri-state areas music critics raved about Beyonce's "I AM..." tour following her stint at Madison Square Garden:

"Beyonce has a breathtaking need to entertain." Ben Ratliff of The New York Times.

"Not only is she irreplaceable but now Beyonce may be unstoppable, too." Glen Gamboa, Newsday.

"Beyonce showed off her pipes of steely power." Jim Farber, New York Daily News.

"The show was a bona fide pop spectacle." Jay Lustig, Star Ledger.

"The setup kept the audience engaged whether Beyonce was bouncing or just standing still, looking elegant." Dan Aquilante, New York Post.

Beyonce's extraordinary all-female band will join her again to perform musical hits, classics, and surprises in a newly-created high-tech state-of-the-art concert environment. Beyonce's "I AM. . ." world tour occasions the artist's first full-length concerts since 2007's sold-out "The Beyonce Experience" shows.

The NJ Izod Center "I AM..." tour date is also the last chance for fans to physically donate non-perishable food items in the national hunger-relief initiative, Show Your Helping Hand. Beyonce partnered with General Mills' Hamburger Helper in 2009 with the goal of helping Feeding America deliver more than 3.5 million meals to local food banks. During Beyonce's U.S. "I AM. . ." Tour, fans were invited to get involved in the effort through food and monetary donations to Feeding America. Fans can still support the Show Your Helping Hand campaign by:

1. Food: Fans can contribute non-perishable food items at Beyonce's "I. . .AM" Tour concert at the Beyonce Experience tent located outside the Izod Center from 4:30 to 7:30 PM.
2. Online Codes: Consumers can submit codes from specially marked boxes of Hamburger Helper at www.showyourhelpinghand.com through Dec. 31, 2010;
3. Money: Consumers can donate money directly to Feeding America via www.showyourhelpinghand.com or text the word "SHOW" to 90999 to give a $5 gift.

TV crews and photographers should arrive one hour prior to the start of show for check in and set-up. Photographers and crews are requested to gather at the designated media entrance.
