New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ John Mayer Twitter Website) - John Mayer's highly anticipated new album 'Battle Studies' has been confirmed for release on November 13, with the first single 'Who Says' set for release in September.

Mayer, who received widespread critical acclaim for his 2006 blues-rock album 'Continuum', announced the news over Twitter yesterday:
"'Battle Studies' will be released on November 17.
Single 'Who Says' is coming soon... I am going to make some coffee."
'Battle Studies' will be John Mayer's 5th studio album.
