New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ RoadRunner Records) - Vancouver's latest breakthrough rock band Theory of A Deadman will be releasing a special edition of their RIAA Gold Certified album Scars & Souvenirs on October 20th on Roadrunner Records.
The album, which has produced numerous hits and propelled the band to new heights, was originally released in April 2008. The special edition will include eight bonus tracks, as well as a bonus DVD with 10 videos, which span the band's entire career, as well an EPK which features exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, and a hilarious vignette that spoofs MTV's Cribs, entitled 'Haciendas: Tyler's Place.'

Theory of a Deadman have been enjoying great success in 2009. Scars & Souvenirs is rapidly approaching platinum status. The video statistics are increasingly impressive. 'Not Meant To Be' (which features the track's co-writer, American Idol's Kara DioGuardi) was in rotation for 17 weeks at Vh1, is in rotation on MTV HITS, recently reached the top of FUSE's playlist and achieved Top 10 status on Music Choice's video charts. More recently, the latest single's video 'By The Way' has been added to rotation at MTV2 and is in FUSE's Top 10 Rock Countdown. At radio, 'By The Way' is currently No 18 at Active Rock and No 24 at Rock. Fan favorite 'Not Meant To Be' peaked at No 3 at Hot A/C and is currently No 19 at Top 40, with an audience of 10.8 million and growing. 'Wait For Me' is also climbing the charts, with a current position of No 35 at Hot A/C. 'Hate My Life' peaked at No 5 at Active Rock. The first two singles 'So Happy' and 'Bad Girlfriend' both reached No 1 on the Active Rock charts and Top 10 at Modern Rock. Scars & Souvenirs is Theory's best-selling album to date.

Theory of a Deadman are currently wrapping up with Cruefest II, and will provide direct support to Daughtry this fall. Dates are as follows:
