SAN FRANCISCO, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Hard Rock Cafe PR) - Come celebrate 25 years of Hard Rockin' in San Francisco! On Saturday, November 7, 2009, Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco celebrates 25 years of service to the Bay Area with a live performance by Atlantic Recording artist and two-time Juno Award-winning, Canadian songstress Serena Ryder, featuring opening act Eoin Harrington. Named by USA Weekend as one of the 'Faces To Watch In 2008' and as Canada's 'Most Promising' by Billboard, Ryder is currently touring to promote her latest album Is It O.K. (2008). The album has been certified gold in Canada and is currently available on www.serenaryder.com.
Remaining true to the brand's 'Love All, Serve All' motto, the event will feature over 20 silent and live auction items from rock icons, including Green Day, The Rolling Stones and Sting. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Music in Schools Today (MuST), a Bay Area non-profit organization that advocates for, supports and develops integrated, accessible, sustainable and measurable music-in-education programs that improve student achievement.
