(Top40 Charts/ Interscope Records) - Ryan Tedder, lead singer/songwriter/producer of the multi-platinum selling band OneRepublic has been nominated for two GRAMMY Awards. Topping off a year where he has worked with some of the biggest artists in the business the work he has done with Beyonce was recognized by The Recording Academy as the nominations for the 52nd Annual GRAMMY Awards were announced in a live broadcast on CBS last night.

Tedder received a GRAMMY nod in the top two categories: Record of the Year for Beyonce's "Halo," which he co-write and produced, and Album of the Year for Beyonce's "I Am...Sasha Fierce."

Says Tedder of his nomination, "It is always an honor to be recognized by the Grammys, but it is an equivalent honor to be able to work with true talents such as Beyonce."

In 2007, after seven years together as a band, OneRepublic took the world by storm with their debut release Dreaming Out Loud. Since then lead singer/songwriter/producer Ryan Tedder has been proving himself a gifted songwriter and producer having worked with a talented lineup of artists including Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis, Natasha Bedingfield, Jordin Sparks, T.I., Jennifer Lopez, Adam Lambert and more.

Ryan Tedder is no stranger to the Grammys. For the 51st annual GRAMMY Awards last year he and his band OneRepublic were nominated for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals for "Apologize," the first single off their debut set Dreaming Out Loud which shattered digital sales and airplay records and sold 10 million copies worldwide. Tedder was also nominated in the Record of the Year category for Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love" which he co-wrote, produced and engineered. "Bleeding Love" was the biggest selling record in 2008. Tedder held the No 1 and No 2 spots consecutively for the most played songs ever at top 40 radio with "Apologize" and then "Bleeding Love" in mid-2008. Tedder's songs have held over 50 No 1 chart positions across the globe thus far.

OneRepublic recently released their new album Waking Up and finished up a tour with Rob Thomas. They are currently overseas in support of their international single "Secrets" as their US single "All The Right Moves" climbs the charts here in the states.

The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards will be held on "GRAMMY Sunday," January 31, 2010 at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on CBS from 8 - 11:30 pm (ET/PT).
