Chicago, IL (Top40 Charts/ R. Kelly Official Website) - R&B superstar R. Kelly regretfully announced today that he has been forced to postpone his forthcoming European tour, which was scheduled to start on March 22.
Kelly, who has been working hard on a new album due out this summer, has developed nodules on his vocal cords, and his doctor has ordered him to rest his voice for at least a month.

"I owe it to my fans to give them the best shows possible," Kelly said, "and right now my voice isn't up to the job."

The tour is expected to be rescheduled for the fall.
