New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Atlantic Records) - In part two of our SXSW preview, we focus in on Circa Survive, Stone Temple Pilots and Jonathan Tyler & The Northern Lights. Here's where and why you should see them in Austin. CIRCA SURVIVE Having built a name for themselves in the underground scene as a groundbreaking progressive punk act, Circa Survive will finally release their Atlantic Records debut Blue Sky Noise next month. Propelled by the vocals of the band's frontman Anthony Green, the album sees Circa Survive's already innovative sound transcending its roots and reaching the next level-and lucky concertgoers will get their first taste of some of these tracks at SXSW. Catch Them: 3/20 at Emo's (603 Red River) and Stubb's (801 Red River) STONE TEMPLE PILOTS If there were a rock band who ever needed no introduction it would be Stone Temple Pilots. That's right, the original kings of grunge are back and they'll be playing the most anticipated show of the entire festival at SXSW this year. In addition to radio staples like 'Plush' and 'Interstate Love Song,' you might even hear a few cuts from the band's upcoming album Stone Temple Pilots, which hits the streets on May 25.
