Phoenix, AZ (Top40 Charts/ Barrow Neurological Institute) - The medical team treating rock star Bret Michaels has held a press conference at the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix updating Michaels' condition.

Dr. Joseph Zabramski, a neurosurgeon, said Michaels is now suffering from chemical meningitis, but is stable and has been released from the hospital.
