(Top40 Charts/ SHRINE Official Website) - Beginning on Wednesday, June 2nd, The Shrine, 2109 South Wabash, one of Chicago's most popular nightclubs and live performance venues, is pleased to welcome some of the most respected names in the music industry in conjunction with their 1st Anniversary.
Doors open at 9pm. Pre-sale tickets are $10, available at clubtix.net/theshrine, $20 at the door. 'We are very excited to share this amazing line-up of talent to celebrate our 1st anniversary. The Shrine has always been committed to showcasing the best of hip-hop, r&b, soul, funk, house, and Afrobeat. Beginning on Wednesday, June 2nd The Shrine will welcome DJ Premier as he takes over the tables to kick off the Anniversary week and he will offer a special salute to GURU of Gangstarr.
- On Thursday, June 3rd, DJ Madlib will be on the tables with a fantastic DJ performance.
- On Friday, June 4th Wonder-full ( tribune to the Wonder of Stevie) DJ Spinna will dig deep into his crates and offer the best of Steve all night long.
About The Shrine
