FEATURED PERFOMERS MITCHEL MUSSO Mitchel Musso, 18 years old, hails from Garland, Texas. His big break into show business happened in 2002 when the then 12-year-old Mitchel and his younger brother Marc were cast as the nephews of Michael Caine and Robert Duvall in the movie Secondhand Lions. Numerous roles in films such as Monster House, as well as voice work on the TV programs King of the Hill and Phineas and Ferb followed. But Musso is arguably best known for his role as Oliver Oken on Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana," and Hannah Montana, The Movie.

Musso is also an accomplished singer and songwriter. Playing piano, guitar and drums, he has performed multiple times on "Hannah Montana," and also previously scored three Top 10 hits on Radio Disney. His remake of the song "Lean On Me" was featured in the Disney film Snow Buddies and on Radio Disney Jams Vol. 10. In 2009, Mitchel Musso released his first, self-titled solo album, including a cover of "The In Crowd," which was also featured on Radio Disney Jams, Vol 11.

JASON CASTRO Jason Castro, 22 years old, grew up in a musical family in Rowlett, Texas, just outside of Dallas. Castro started playing drums in the fifth grade and played in bands throughout high school. After graduating, he entered Texas A&M University and bought a guitar because he couldn't play drums in the dorm. "I couldn't sing when I picked up the guitar," Castro says. "So I read about singing techniques on the Internet, like how-to articles with breathing exercises, and taught myself."

As one of the cast members of the seventh season of American Idol, Castro won over audiences with a number of memorable performances, including "Over the Rainbow," "Daydream," and "Hallelujah." Castro was the show's first-ever contestant to play an instrument onstage, accompanying himself on acoustic guitar and ukulele. He finished as third place runner up on the show. After the season's conclusion, Castro performed on the hugely successful "American Idols LIVE! Tour 2008." At the conclusion of the tour, he signed with Atlantic Records. His debut, self titled album was released in April 2010 and includes his first single "Let's Just Fall In Love Again."

Fam Jams! is proudly sponsored by B101 radio. Buzzbee and the crew from B101 radio will be on hand to host the day's events.
