Valcom's Michel Legrand Hits The Stores This Fall

Clearwater, FL (Top40 Charts/ Kultur, Inc.) - ValCom, Inc. (OTCBB: VLCO) (FRANKFURT: VAM1) announced today that its Valencia Entertainment subsidiary has signed a distribution deal with Kultur, Inc. to sell the home video of its original production, "Michel Legrand & Friends - 50 Years of Movies & Music."

Kultur, Inc. distributes DVDs to its long-established national network of retail store chains and online sellers of DVDs, including Amazon.com and numerous other retail and online outlets. Valencia Entertainment will receive an initial cash payment from Kutur, Inc. In addition, Valencia will receive a backend royalty for each unit sold.

Valencia Entertainment was able to achieve rapid turnaround for "Michel Legrand & Friends - 50 Years of Movies & Music." The company produced the live event at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas on March 27th and has already delivered the master for Broadcast airing on PBS. Kultur will begin to ship the DVD to retailers in August. The product is already available for pre-order on Amazon.com and through the Kultur website (www.kultur.com)

"Michel Legrand & Friends - 50 Years of Movies & Music" pays tribute to some of the movies for which Legrand received Oscars, including "Yentl," "The Thomas Crown Affair," and "The Summer of 42." The program features Michel Legrand and a 66 piece orchestra along with a roster of stars that includes Quincy Jones, Dionne Warwick, Sting, George Benson, Patti Page, Steve Lawrence, Jon Voight, Jennifer O'Neill and Melissa Manchester.
