Nikki Forova, releases her moving album Revving Wings on the indie label 37 Records. A newly added artist to the 37 Records' roster, the label will host an album release party for Forova at Los Angeles' hip venue,
Molly Malone's on Thursday, July 8 at 7:30 p.m. The singer's sultry voice will explode on stage, as her passion for music and live performance, will be unleashed to fans and new comers. The new album is packed with raw emotional tracks, touching on the singer's insight of human nature and of her life journey thus far.
The inspiration for this expressive album can trace back to Forova's background growing up in Russia with the harsh reality of the Soviet regime. By the time she was seven years-old she was composing songs, giving her a creative outlet at a young age, as a way to overcome the communist society she was living in.
Forova came to America with aspirations to peruse an education and a music career. After graduating with a degree in Music Composition, she began playing her compositions and songs at venues in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire areas to build a fan base. Forova's first break came after she won MTV's Duets, a national competition, for a chance to perform with Grammy nominated artist Vanessa Carlton.
Forova recently completed her successful first tour throughout Europe. Her authenticity and extraordinary performances captivated fans' hearts in Paris, Munich, Frankfurt, Helsinki, and Milan. With the release of 'Revving Wings,' she will embark on a U.S. major city tour by July of this year.
