David E Beats, is nominated for two UMAs at the 8th Annual Underground
Music Awards, in two categories 'The Underground's #1 Contender' and 'Best Video' for his song 'Maybe Tomorrow'. Described as the 'biggest and brightest national award show for indie artists,' the Underground
Music Awards will take place on Sunday, August 22nd at BB
Kings in NYC.
In David E Beats words: 'I couldn't attend the UMA last year and this year I'm nominated twice! It's great that there is an actual platform at the disposal of indie artists to showcase our talent and celebrate our accomplishments. I only joined the scene last year so it's good to be nominated!'
Voting links will be put up and voting by the public will begin on Thursday July 8th, 2010 at 8:00PM Eastern Time on www.undergroundmusicawards.com
In other news, David E Beats will headline Crash Mansion with the White House Band on July 8th, 2010. His performance will start promptly at 11:30 PM. Crash Mansion is located at 199 Bowery.
Keeping a busy schedule, he will also perform at Fat Baby on July 14th at Fat Baby, at 8:00 PM.
