
Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ BFM Digital) - Launching a new relationship between Pony Canyon and BFM Digital, seven classic albums by Kitaro are being released digitally for the first time. The catalog includes the seminal 1980 release 'Silk Road' as well as two 'Best Of...' collections from this world-famous keyboardist, composer and musician. Best known for his award-winning soundtrack to 'Heaven and Earth,' 'Silk Road,' was Kitaro's first international success.

Pony Canyon, one of Japan's most successful record labels, will also release their catalog of recordings from Himekami through BFM. Founded in 1980 by composer Yoshiaki Hoshi, Himekami has had a stream of popular albums in Japan and North America. Titles include 'Seed' and 'Joumon Kairyu Kaze no Joumon.'
