New York, NY (TOP40 Charts/ Virgin) -- Brandon Flowers is set to play his first ever solo show in Canada as part of the Virgin Mobile Live series. Virgin Mobile Live presents an Evening with Brandon Flowers at the Mod Club in the first of an exclusive series of concert events for Virgin Mobile Members. The Killers singer will perform on August 25th, ahead of the release of his new solo album 'Flamingo' on September 14th.

To get access to the show, Members can either go online for a chance to get tickets or fans can earn their spots by doing some good through Virgin Mobile�s FREE.I.P. program.

Nathan Rosenberg, Chief Marketing Officer Virgin Mobile Canada, said: "This is a killer way to kick off the Virgin Mobile Live series.

"Brandon Flowers at the Mod Club is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime show for Brandon�s fans and we�re making it the first of what�s planned to be an exclusive series of shows for our Members. Shows like this are what being a Member is all about � more access to incredible shows that you can�t get anywhere else."

Brandon Flowers recently revealed that the songs on 'Flamingo' were orignally intended to be included on the next Killers album.
