New York, NY (Top40-Charts) Girlie Action is thrilled to announce a partnership with fashion provocateurs International Playground, boutique dedicated to showcasing hot emerging designers. International Playground represents and retails designers, both international and domestic, with a focus on New York and Scandinavian-based brands.International Playground has an open door policy for all emerging, concentrated designers to share their work and are committed to providing a platform for new talent. Their current roster includes H Fredriksson, Vibe Johansson, Wackerhaus, Yarimaki, Daniel Palillo, Ernest Alexander, Mary Meyer, Leila Shams, Study NY (Tara St James), Spratters and Jayne, and more, and will be adding new LA-based designers shortly. The new store will also feature books, accessories and jewelry from Vera Meat, Martine Ali, Street Boners, OH WOW, Claw Money, Carlos Campos, Fjallraven, and more.
NYC-based Girlie Action will be curating the music for both locations, producing monthly soundtracks for shopping, along with live music and other events.
