Chuck Brown To Sit In With The Roots On Fallon 9/28, Perform At BB King's 9/29

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Chuck Brown is the "godfather of go-go," and on September 28 he'll join hip-hop's greatest live band, sitting in with The Roots on that night's episode of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. The following night Brown and his own band will perform at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill, celebrating the release of the 3-disc set 'We Got This,' out September 21st from Raw Venture.

'We Got This' provides a live CD and DVD to practice go-go moves to, documenting Brown and band working their way from Duke Ellington's 'It Don't Mean A Thing' to KRS One's 'Rappaz R. N. Dainja' to Brown's seminal 1979 hit 'Bustin' Loose,' as well as a disc of 5 new songs that feature collaborations with Jill Scott, Ledisi and Marcus Miller.
