NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ PLA Media) - Nashville's own Adam Fisher took the Cadillac Ranch stage last Saturday at 'A Hit For MDA' benefit concert. He joined fellow country artists Jesse Whitley (son of Keith Whitley), Shawn Mayer (Nashville Star contestant), among others.

Event Organizer for MDA, Sandra Davis, was thrilled to have Adam perform at this event. 'Adam rocked the stage and I already invited him back for next year's benefit!' Linda Decker, MDA representative said, 'Adam was a great artist to have on the lineup and we were excited to have such an amazing bill of talent volunteer their time. Each year, this gets bigger & better!'

With several thousand dollars raised to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Middle Tennessee, Adam was honored to be a part of this special night. 'It is great to see the community reaching out to assist families with their medical and extended care needs, said Adam.'

Performing at the early age of thirteen, this good 'ole boy has a rocking edge with the confidence and stage presence of a seasoned performer. Adam has been featured in national publications including Country Weekly, Music Row Magazine, CMA Closeup and has also been featured on Better Nashville (WSMV-TV). With musical influences like Waylon Jennings, Dave Matthews and Elvis, Adam is ready to take the risk and give his fans something new and different to love.

About MDA: MDA is the 'nonprofit health agency dedicated to curing muscular dystrophy and related diseases by funding worldwide research. A voluntary health agency founded in 1950 by adults with neuromuscular diseases and parents of children with these disorders.'
To see how you can lend a hand at your local MDA office, call the Middle Tennessee & Southern Kentucky office at (615) 832-5005.
