NEW YORK (Fabolous Fans Website) - Rapper Fabolous is being sued for allegedly ripping off the hook of a song allegedly composed by Brooklyn-based duo Trajik.

The pair's music publisher claims that Trajik's 1999 song "Holla Back" served as the basis for "Young N (Holla Back)", a track on Fabolous' latest disc that was produced by The Neptunes.
The publisher is seeking unspecified damages in the case. No court date has been set.
