NEW YORK (Hip-hop NY magazine) - Atlanta hip hoppers Arrested Development have a bone to pick with The Fox Network. The TV station has launched a new series also named "Arrested Development", which dilutes the meaning of the band's name according to a lawsuit filed October 16th. The hip hop group filed the trademark infringement suit against Fox, Imagine Films Entertainment Inc. and New World Communications on Atlanta Inc. "Fox has no more right to use 'Arrested Development' for its show than a band would have to name itself after one of Fox's sitcoms," said frontman Todd "Speech" Thomas in a statement.
