New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Mazur Public Relations) - A complete listing of bands scheduled to perform at the Dewey Beach Music Conference (DBMC) - taking place September 30 through October 2 - has been announced. DBMC performers hail from everywhere from right in Dewey Beach to as far away as Australia.
DBMC's smaller size breaks down the boundaries between up-and-coming artists, industry veterans, and everyone in between. The more intimate setting creates a friendly environment for everyone to learn about the latest industry trends, models of business, and gain different perspectives.

"Dewey Beach Music Conference is a great place to showcase your music in a happening beach town, as well as a great way to network, make new friends and learn the music industry in a hands-on fashion," said Jordan Davis of York, Penn., band Kingsfoil. "Every year DBMC gets bigger for us. Not only did we meet our producer there but we've also made some great friends, industry and bands alike!"

Providence, R.I., band VulGarrity is just one of the many DBMC repeat performers. 'Performing at DBMC again this year was a no-brainer for us,' VulGarrity's Shawn Garrity said. 'It's one of the most fun and enjoyable conferences we've attended thus far. The combination of supportive industry pros, a super-friendly staff, fellow musicians, and a laid back beachside atmosphere make it feel less like a conference and more like a house party with hundreds of friends you never knew you had.'

Registration for DBMC includes full access to panels, mentoring sessions, clinics, demo listening sessions, the trade show exhibit, a conference directory, a compilation CD and goodie bag, and four separate VIP parties where up and coming artists and industry experts co-mingle over free food and drink at one of several different outdoor beach clubs. Registration can be done phone, fax, mail, or through DBMC's website. Walk-up registration is also available. Registration is just $50.

"DBMC is one big rock show/party/wealth of industry tips packed into a long weekend,' Kingsfoil's Davis said. 'And, oh yeah, it's on the beach!"

Dewey Beach, Del., sits on a narrow peninsula between the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. The result is a casual, laid-back vibe mirroring a beach vacation.
All performance venues are within a few blocks walking distance of the main conference area. No cabs, no hassle, no venues that are hopelessly disconnected from the center of activity.
That center of activity, The Rusty Rudder, possesses an intimate and friendly atmosphere. Registrants interact with panelists, speakers, exhibitors, musicians, and professionals from all aspects of the music industry without any pretension.
