London, UK (Top40 Charts/ Serge Entertainment PR) - Eternal Descent and ESP Guitars have once again joined forces to sponsor a contest to win a guitar - an LTD Wayne Static Signature Series Static-600 ESP guitar. This menacing guitar is in ESP's famous EX shape, with a black nickel diamond plate cover, Seymour Duncan pickup, ebony fretboard with 24 XJ frets, Grover tuners, and more. Contest entries are accepted from now until November 30, 2010 at https://www.eternaldescent.com/contest/. A winner will be randomly selected from all entries. One entry per person.

The Static-X guitarist appears in the fourth issue of the metal comic book series Eternal Descent, currently available at comic retailers worldwide. In the storyline, Wayne is featured as a super-powered nemesis under Loki's control, taking on heroes Lyra and Sirian. Depicting a sequence inspired by Static-X song "Electric Pulse", Eternal Descent presents Wayne Static as you've never seen him before. "The art is amazing," Wayne Static muses. "Static-X did a comic book in 2001. It was great, but this stuff is over the top, bursting with energy. I can see a lot of myself in the images. The artist did a great job of capturing all the subtle details of my look and then pushed it even further. I loved the idea of being a character which is larger than life. That was the allure of being a rock star when I was a kid. My favorite band back then was KISS and they were larger than life to me. Eternal Descent gives me the ultimate opportunity to be more than human."

Llexi Leon, the creator of Eternal Descent, began making noise in London, England in 2005. His highly intricate guitar style exhibits the many influences corralled to create his intense sound - from classical, flamenco, electronica, and ambient genres to the more prominent genres of rock and metal. All of these genres infused to one, Leon has built a cinematic metal fantasia with his music which has branched out to a comic book series. His main aspirations are bringing stories to life through escapism. He utilizes everyday events and his vivid imagination to drive him to create more avenues for his multimedia enterprise.

Eternal Descent endorses ESP Guitars, Ovation Guitars, Kahler Tremolos, DiMarzio Pickups Ernie Ball Strings, Marshall Amps, Digitech Pedals, Guitar Grip, Pickboy, and Coffin Case.
