LOS ANGELES (No Doubt Official Website) - On December 10th musicians from around the globe will be descending on Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena for the 2003 Billboard Music Awards.
And we've just learned that the first performers confirmed are Billboard Century Award honouree Sting and No Doubt.
