New York (Top 40 Charts) - Nelly Furtado, the Canadian singer who's bowled the world over with her debut album Woah! Nelly, has now revealed her wishes for a dream collaboration with pop's hardcore bad boy Eminem.

Speaking to Top40 Charts the day before her appearance at this weekend's V2001 festival. Nelly spoke of her goal to perform with the controversial rapper who's set to headline the forthcoming Carling weekend.
'I'd love to work with Eminem. I think he's a really, really talented vocalist,' Nelly exclusively told worldpop. She confessed that her main reason for wanting to team up with the Detroit star was the unique nature of his material. 'He's doing stuff rhythm-wise and flow-wise that hasn't been done before,' Nelly stated, adding, 'I'm very dedicated to being a vocalist so I respect a vocalist like that.'

Nelly, who soared to stardom with the global success of her debut single I'm Like A Bird, also spoke of her admiration for Missy Elliott, 'She's a superstar, a producer, a writer, a strong female.' Nelly went on to speak with pride of her recent remix of Missy's Get Ur Freak On, 'It's remembered as a monumental remix and that's very important to me, because it came so easy to me.'

Nelly's ambition for a meeting with Marshall Mathers is featured on worldpop's brand new hotline. Call 09001 600 200 from 5pm today for exclusive stories from Five, Jamiroquai, Catatonia and Blue.
