The spirit of nu-jazz is to bring jazz into a modern context by blending this essential improvisation-based art form with other styles like funk, hiphop, soul, electronica and more, to create music for today's dancefloors. This year, Nufunk.ca is proud to present our most exciting NuJazz Festival lineup ever! Confirmed artists this year include DJ Shadow, Tortured Soul, Aloe Blacc, Rich Medina, The Souljazz Orchestra, Mark de Clive-Lowe and many others in the city's most happening spaces - presented in partnership with other leading promoters like Embrace Presents, Union Events, Fusicology, The Main Ingredient and MusicStylist.
