Grammy-winning Songwriter Scott Bennett Appears On New Holiday CD

New York, NY(Top40 Charts/ SideBMusic) - Grammy-winning songwriter Scott Bennett's song 'Getting Ready For Christmas' appears on the holiday compilation Rockin' The Mistletoe from pop/rock label SideBMusic. Rockin' The Mistletoe features some of the label's current roster of artists, and many other artists, including Taylor Mills and Probyn Gregory of Brian Wilson's band, Grammy-nominated director Alan Boyd, former Joe Jackson guitarist Vinnie Zummo, platinum-selling Romanian pop star Nicola, Rob Bonfiglio of Wilson Phillips' band and James Carter Cathcart, who plays the voice of Meowth on TV's Pokemon.

The compilation is a collection of original compositions by the artists themselves and a unique interpretation of a traditional holiday song by Eric Matthews.

The musical styles on Rockin' The Mistletoe range from melodic sunshine pop to dance, orchestral, jangle pop and R&B, as well as a Christmas poem by poet-lyricist Stephen J. Kalinich.
