It's true. One of Jimi Hendrix's boyhood homes is for sale on eBay. As of Friday morning, it's attracted 23 bids, with the topper at $28,000. That would be a deal in Seattle's housing market, but there's a catch: The buyer will have to move it to make way for condominiums, the eBay listing says.

"Jimi's father James Hendrix bought this house in 1953 and Jimi lived here with his brother Leon for the next few years," the listing says.

The bidding will last another 26 days.
