ST. LOUIS, Missouri (Nelly Fans Website) - A star getting special treatment? Unheard of! On Thursday, rapper Nelly dropped way too much money at the President Casino in St. Louis. Now the riverboat casino faces a possible $50,000 fine for allegedly allowing the Dallas native to bet more than the legal limit. Authorities in the Missouri Gaming Commission say the casino violated about 10 state laws and rules while accommodating Nelly, who in the documents is referred to only as the Patron. State law prohibits gamblers from buying more than $500 worth of chips or tokens every two hours. The casino officials were "still looking into the incident". Nelly's rep said the star did not intentionally skirt the state's gambling policies.
