NEW YORK (Whitney Houston Fans Website) - Singer Bobby Brown is in jail yet again, this time for probation violation on a prior drunk driving conviction. The R&B star was taken into custody on Friday after appearing before a judge in suburban Atlanta. Officials have refused to confirm what the violation was. Brown is expected to remain in jail until Friday when a court hearing will take place.
Brown's last run in with the law was in December when an argument with wife Whitney Houston ended with a misdemeanour battery charge for Brown. The preliminary hearing in that case is set for May 5th.
