Bobby Brown back behind bars

NEW YORK (Whitney Houston Fans Website) - On Friday Bobby Brown was sentenced to 60 days in the slammer on probation violation for a 1996 drunk driving incident. The singer was found in violation of several conditions of his two-year probation - including refusal to submit to drug testing and failure to prove he completed rehab.
But because Brown could prove he had completed most of the conditions, his sentence was reduced by 60 days. Brown thanked the judge before being quickly escorted to jail. Whitney did not attend the hearing.

Brown has another court date on May 5th stemming from an incident in December when he allegedly hit wife Whitney Houston.
