They begin the North American leg of their 'Madly in Anger With the World' tour in Arizona tonight. Fans will be able to purchase soundboard recordings of concerts in either MP3 or FLAC format for $9.95 or $12.95 within four days of each show. They can also print out CD labels and booklets for each concert. Commenting on their official website about this venture, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich said: "This is the next logical step in a process that began back in 1991 when we first implemented the 'Taper Section' at our shows, where the fans were encouraged to bring in their own gear to record the show, and then take home their very own 'bootleg' of the concert they had just seen."
