NEW YORK (Lucinda Williams Official Website) - Lucinda Williams has canceled the remainder of her U.S. tour due to the death of her mother, according to her official Website.
Williams was scheduled to appear at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on Tuesday night (March 9), followed by dates in Columbus, Ohio; Kansas City, Mo.; and St. Louis, Mo. She also cancelled a Sunday concert in Charlotte, S.C., 20 minutes before show time.
She was touring behind the album World Without Tears. Lost Highway Records anticipates a concert album from Williams later this year.
