NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Jimmy Wayne Official Website) - Jimmy Wayne tells us his current hit "I Love You This Much" was inspired by the time he met his birth father who didn't love him at all. It was the first in a series of events he drew from to write the tune.

Jimmy Wayne also says his current single, the poignant "I Love You This Much," has been carried up the charts a bit by the release of the new Mel Gibson-directed film, The Passion Of The Christ.
Wayne's song, which he co-wrote, goes from talking about his father to the one he calls the 'ultimate father,' Jesus.
