NEW YORK (R. Kelly Fans Website) - Florida dropped all child pornography charges against R. Kelly today. A Polk County judge ruled that police illegally seized digital photos during a search of the singer's Florida home. Kelly could have faced 60 years in prison in Florida if convicted on all charges. He still faces 14 child pornography counts in Illinois.
Kelly has pleaded not guilty to the Illinois charges, which stem from a 26-minute videotape that police say depict the singer engaged in sex acts with a 14 year old girl.

According to the Florida court, the warrant used by police was based on insufficient evidence, and the images - which allegedly depicted the singer having sex with an underage girl - would not be admissible in court.
