New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Underground Hong Kong) We're delighted to announce that The Underground will be releasing its FOURTH compilation CD on Friday 6th May and Saturday 7th May 2011.
This CD contains 11 great Hong Kong bands who were chosen or invited to participate on this annual project that The Underground hopes will be a musical recorded piece of history of independent bands in Hong Kong.
10 of the bands were recorded at the Mark 1 Music Centre by the greatly respected Koya-san with Angus Leung designing the original artwork. This CD 4 showcases more of the lighter side of Hong Kong's live music scene.
We have 11 amazing bands and all 11 bands will be performing over the two days of the CD launch, it's like The Underground is having its own mini-festival!
Each night, we will have loads of prizes for the audience to win, including Edifier woofer subsystems, Cathay Pacific air tickets, one night in The Fleming Hotel, HK$500 HMV vouchers, Tom Lee vouchers & Sideways driving packages!
Please note that the two events start at different times and are in TWO different locations.
